As of June 2026, the reform has NOT been notified by CBIC — the four-rate (5/12/18/28) structure plus cess remains in effect for FY 2026-27. GSTR-1 (outward supplies) is due by the 11th of the next month for regular taxpayers. GSTR-3B (summary return + tax payment) is due by the 20th of the next month. Under the QRMP (Quarterly Return Monthly Payment) scheme for taxpayers with turnover up to ₹5 crore, GSTR-3B is due on the 22nd (Category-X states) or 24th (Category-Y states).
