How to practice
- 1In the space above the head (the dvādaśānta), sense the inner energy first as strong and full.
- 2Then let it grow faint and subtle there — full, then fading.
- 3Now draw that energy down and let it enter the heart.
- 4Meditating on it resting in the heart, let it free you into the natural autonomy (svātantrya) of consciousness.
Practice note. Two movements: vary the energy (full → faint) in the space above, then bring it home to the heart. The fruit is svātantrya — the free, self-dependent nature of awareness.
