The Open Sky
Gaze into clear empty space until the space enters you and the boundary thins.

How to practice
- 1Find a clear, empty view — a blank sky, a wide wall, a dim room.
- 2Let the gaze rest softly, not fixing on any object.
- 3Allow the sense of inner space and outer space to become one open field.
- 4Stay with the spaciousness; let thoughts pass through it like distant birds.
