How to practice
- 1In a safe, clear, soft space, turn or spin the body until a real dizziness builds.
- 2Then suddenly let yourself drop and lie still on the ground.
- 3Do nothing; simply feel the whirling agitation (kṣobha-śakti) come to a sudden stop.
- 4In the abrupt cessation of all that motion, the supreme state (parā daśā) dawns. Rest in the stillness.
Practice note. Practise safely — soft ground, clear space. The doorway is the instant of cessation after motion, not the spinning itself.
