Free of Like and Dislike
न द्वेषं भावयेत्क्वापि न रागं भावयेत्क्वचित्। रागद्वेषविनिर्मुक्तौ मध्ये ब्रह्म प्रसर्पति॥
na dveṣaṃ bhāvayet kvāpi na rāgaṃ bhāvayet kvacit | rāgadveṣavinirmuktau madhye brahma prasarpati

न कहीं द्वेष (अरुचि, घृणा) की भावना करो, न कहीं राग (आसक्ति, खिंचाव) की। जब चित्त राग और द्वेष दोनों से विनिर्मुक्त हो जाता है, तब उनके बीच के मध्य में ब्रह्म स्वयं प्रसरित — फैलकर प्रकट — हो जाता है। उसी मध्य में ठहरो।
