Breaking Through at the Crown
तयापूर्याशु मूर्धान्तं भङ्क्त्वा भ्रूक्षेपसेतुना। निर्विकल्पं मनः कृत्वा सर्वोर्ध्वे सर्वगोद्गमः॥
tayāpūryāśu mūrdhāntaṃ bhaṅktvā bhrūkṣepasetunā | nirvikalpaṃ manaḥ kṛtvā sarvordhve sarvagodgamaḥ

उस उठती ऊर्जा से चेतना को शीघ्र ही सिर के शिखर (मूर्धान्त) तक भर दो। भौंहों के बीच के "सेतु" (भ्रूक्षेप) से ऊपर की ओर भेदते हुए मन को निर्विकल्प — विचार-रहित — कर दो। तब सबसे ऊपर एक सर्वगामी, सर्वव्यापी उद्गम खुलता है; उसी में फैल जाओ।
