Colour Within the Light
तेजसा सूर्यदीपादेराकाशे शबलीकृते। दृष्टिर्निवेश्या तत्रैव स्वात्मरूपं प्रकाशते॥
tejasā sūryadīpāder ākāśe śabalīkṛte | dṛṣṭir niveśyā tatraiva svātmarūpaṃ prakāśate

सूर्य, दीपक आदि के तेज से जब आकाश या कोई स्थान रंगों से चितकबरा (शबल) हो जाए, वहीं अपनी दृष्टि को स्थिर करके रख दो। उस रंगीन प्रकाश में टिकी दृष्टि के साथ-साथ साधक का अपना आत्म-स्वरूप प्रकाशित होने लगता है।
