Gaze at the clear sky with an unbroken, motionless gaze; in that very instant, you take on the Bhairava-body.
▶ Practice this technique5 / 10 / 15 min · eyes open
How to practice
- 1On a clear day, rest the gaze on the open, cloudless sky (or any wide, empty expanse).
- 2Hold the gaze unbroken and continuous — soft, but without darting or restless blinking.
- 3Let the gaze, and you behind it, become completely still (stabdha).
- 4In that motionless, continuous gazing, the Bhairava-body — open awareness — is said to be attained at once. Rest as it.
Practice note. The emphasis here is the unbroken, motionless quality of the gaze. Keep the eyes soft; let stillness, not strain, carry it.
