Tell us what you really think. We're not here to guess what you need — we'd rather hear it from you directly. Whether it's a compliment, a criticism, or something in between, your feedback shapes everything we build.
What Kind of Feedback Can I Share?
Anything, honestly. But here are some examples to get you started:
- Something you love about LegitLads or the Hub
- Something that frustrated or confused you
- A topic you wish we covered more (or less)
- A tool that didn't work the way you expected
- Thoughts on the design, layout, or navigation
- How the site compares to what you were hoping for
- Anything else on your mind

No template needed — just write what's on your mind.

What Happens With Your Feedback?
Every message is read by a real person on the LegitLads team. Here's what we do with it:
- Positive feedback — shared with the team. It matters more than you'd think.
- Critical feedback — logged, discussed, and factored into decisions. We don't ignore it.
- Repeated themes — when the same thing comes up from multiple people, it moves up the priority list fast.
- Feature ideas — if your feedback is really a feature request, we'll route it accordingly.
We may not respond to every message individually, but we read and consider all of it.
A Note on Honesty
We genuinely want the unfiltered version. You don't need to soften it or worry about being too direct. If something isn't working for you, say so clearly — that's the most useful thing you can give us.
