Drop Wherever the Mind Lands
यत्र यत्र मनो याति तत्तत्तेनैव तत्क्षणम्। परित्यज्यानवस्थित्या निस्तरङ्गस्ततो भवेत्॥
yatra yatra mano yāti tat tat tenaiva tatkṣaṇam | parityajyānavasthityā nistaraṅgas tato bhavet

मन जिस-जिस विषय पर जाए, उसी क्षण उसी विषय को छोड़ देते जाओ — कहीं भी टिकने या जमने मत दो (अनवस्थिति)। इस प्रकार हर विषय को तुरन्त छोड़ते रहने से चित्त तरंग-रहित (निस्तरंग) — पूर्णतः शान्त, लहरहीन — हो जाता है।
