Rays of Energy from the Root
आमूलात्किरणाभासां सूक्ष्मात्सूक्ष्मतरात्मिकाम्। चिन्तयेत्तां द्विषट्कान्ते शाम्यन्तीं भैरवोदयः॥
āmūlāt kiraṇābhāsāṃ sūkṣmāt sūkṣmatarātmikām | cintayet tāṃ dviṣaṭkānte śāmyantīṃ bhairavodayaḥ

कल्पना करो कि मूल (मूलाधार) से एक ऊर्जा किरणों के समान ऊपर उठ रही है, और ऊपर उठते-उठते वह और महीन, और सूक्ष्म होती जाती है। बारह अंगुल ऊपर (द्वादशान्त) पर उसे शान्त होकर विलीन होते देखो। उसी विलय में भैरव का उदय होता है।
