Closing the Gates, the Inner Light
कररुद्धदृगस्त्रेण भ्रूभेदाद्द्वाररोधनात्। दृष्टे बिन्दौ क्रमाल्लीने तन्मध्ये परमा स्थितिः॥
kararuddhadṛgastreṇa bhrūbhedād dvārarodhanāt | dṛṣṭe bindau kramāl līne tanmadhye paramā sthitiḥ

हाथों से आँख, कान, नासिका और मुख के द्वारों को कोमलता से बंद करो (शाण्मुखी)। भीतर भौंहों के बीच एक प्रकाश-बिन्दु प्रकट होता है। उस बिन्दु को देखते रहो; जैसे वह क्रमशः विलीन होता है, उसके मध्य में परम स्थिति प्रकट होती है।
