The Fire-Point that Dissolves
धामान्तःक्षोभसम्भूतसूक्ष्माग्नितिलकाकृतिम्। बिन्दुं शिखान्ते हृदये लयान्ते ध्यायतो लयः॥
dhāmāntaḥkṣobhasambhūtasūkṣmāgnitilakākṛtim | binduṃ śikhānte hṛdaye layānte dhyāyato layaḥ

भीतर की क्षोभ-रहित गहराई से उत्पन्न एक अत्यन्त सूक्ष्म अग्नि-बिन्दु की कल्पना करो — तिलक के समान, सिर के शिखर पर या हृदय में। उस बिन्दु पर ध्यान करते-करते जब वह विलीन होने लगे, तो उसी विलय में अपने को भी घुल जाने दो।
