Only Skin, Nothing Within
देहान्तरे त्वग्विभागं भित्तिभूतं विचिन्तयेत्। न किञ्चिदन्तरे तस्य ध्यायन्नध्येयभाग्भवेत्॥
dehāntare tvagvibhāgaṃ bhittibhūtaṃ vicintayet | na kiñcid antare tasya dhyāyann adhyeyabhāg bhavet

शरीर की त्वचा को केवल एक पतली दीवार (भित्ति) की तरह सोचो, और भीतर — उस दीवार के अन्दर — कुछ भी नहीं, बिल्कुल खाली। इस "भीतर कुछ नहीं" पर ध्यान करते-करते साधक उस अवस्था को प्राप्त करता है जो किसी ध्येय में नहीं समाती।
