खाते या पीते हुए स्वाद को केवल चखो मत — पूरी तरह स्वाद ही बन जाओ। जीभ पर उठते रस में मन को इस तरह डुबो दो कि चखने वाला और चखा जाने वाला एक हो जाएँ। उसी एकता में जो तृप्ति और पूर्णता खुलती है, उसी में ठहरो।
