कोई साफ़, खाली दृश्य खोजो — खुला आकाश, सादी दीवार, या मद्धिम कमरा। दृष्टि को बिना किसी वस्तु पर टिके कोमलता से रहने दो। भीतर का आकाश और बाहर का आकाश एक खुला क्षेत्र बन जाएँ। उसी विस्तार में ठहरो; विचारों को दूर उड़ते पक्षियों की तरह गुज़र जाने दो।
