स्वदेहे जगतो वापि सूक्ष्मसूक्ष्मतराणि च। तत्त्वानि यानि निलयं ध्यात्वान्ते व्यज्यते परा॥
svadehe jagato vāpi sūkṣmasūkṣmatarāṇi ca | tattvāni yāni nilayaṃ dhyātvānte vyajyate parā

अपने शरीर के या समस्त जगत के तत्त्वों (मूल सिद्धान्तों) को क्रमशः विलीन होते हुए भावित करो — स्थूल से सूक्ष्म, और सूक्ष्म से सूक्ष्मतर। जब सभी तत्त्व अपने लय को प्राप्त हो जाएँ, तब अन्त में परा — सर्वोच्च सत्ता — स्वयं प्रकट होती है।
